First & Fork Foundation is conducting this survey to better understand how prepared today's emerging culinary leaders are for their first formal leadership roles.
Who this survey is about
For the purposes of this survey, emerging culinary leaders are culinary professionals serving in their first formal leadership role, responsible for directing the work of others, supporting day-to-day kitchen operations, maintaining quality and food safety standards, and contributing to employee development. Typical titles include Lead Cook, Kitchen Supervisor, Sous Chef, Chef Manager, Kitchen Manager, and comparable first-line leadership positions.
